Celebrating 10 Years of Design Rooster

In 2015, Design Rooster was launched by Matthew Carusi with a simple goal: do good work, stay creative, and build something from the ground up. Today, that idea has grown into a thriving creative agency with a studio in Kleinburg, a talented full-time team, and a portfolio that spans industries, mediums, and markets.

Over the past decade, we’ve partnered with hundreds of clients from startups and small businesses to national brands. Our work has taken many forms: brand strategy, logos, websites, campaigns, photoshoots, packaging, signage, motion graphics, and social content. Whether it’s helping a business launch, grow, or reimagine itself, our focus has always been the same: collaboration, care, and creativity that makes an impact.

The name Design Rooster has always stood for originality, energy, and showing up with intention. That mindset still drives our work today. For us, good design isn’t just about how it looks; it’s about how it connects. It should be clear, strategic, and a real reflection of the brand behind it.

In 2018, we opened our studio in the village of Kleinburg. It’s a space where creative ideas flow, clients feel at home, and our team brings concepts to life every day. The calm and charm of our surroundings fuel the bold work we love to do.

Ten years in, we’ve hit some exciting milestones:

• Seeing our work out in the world on storefronts, packaging, billboards, and beyond
• Outgrowing our original space and moving into a new, expanded studio
