Matthew Carusi is the founder of Design Rooster and the creative lead behind the team’s work. He oversees design direction and client relationships, helping bring bold ideas to life through thoughtful, intentional visuals.
Whether it’s a full rebrand or a brand-new business, Matthew approaches every project with a personalized touch — guiding it from first concept to final creative.
He is the founder of Design Rooster and responsible for maintaining customer relations and leading the development of engaging design materials for a wide range of business owners.

ASHLEY GIORDANO
PROJECT MANAGER
Ashley brings a creative, hands-on approach to every project, with experience in everything from visual design to website builds. She’s skilled at balancing multiple projects at once while keeping the details sharp and the visuals on-brand.
Her thoughtful communication and design know-how help strengthen client relationships and create work that’s both polished and purposeful.
LUCAS CARUSI
LEAD PHOTOGRAPHER
Lucas brings a sharp eye and a creative edge to every shoot — whether he’s capturing people, products, or spaces. With a background in creative photography and a strong command of both camera and editing tools, he knows how to translate a brand’s story into striking visuals.
Since graduating with a diploma in creative photography, Lucas has continued to refine his craft while building lasting relationships with clients. He works closely with each one to deliver thoughtful, high-quality imagery that reflects their business and brings their visual identity to life.

Content Creator & Copywriter
Nikki brings ideas to life with sharp writing and strategic content that connects. With a strong background in copy development and digital storytelling, she helps clients communicate their vision clearly — and creatively — across social, web, and marketing platforms.

With an active following of over 3k, William brings his years of experience in content creation.
William loves classical music and enjoys singing to the team while they are hard at work.

Meet our true lady, Layla.
As a brand ambassador for Design Rooster, Layla accompanies our lead photographer Lucas on his long nature walks where he gains his inspiration for his outdoor shoots.
